K. K. Shah Jarodwala Maninagar Science College organized an Orientation Programme for the newly admitted First Year B.Sc. students on 8 July 2026. The programme was conducted to welcome the students and familiarize them with the academic environment, institutional policies, and the various opportunities available for their academic and holistic development.
Event Highlights

Welcome Address: The programme commenced with an address by the Principal, who motivated the students to pursue academic excellence while actively participating in the diverse activities offered by the college.

Academic Overview: The Heads of the Departments introduced the academic programmes and provided an overview of the curriculum, the examination system, and the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP 2020).

Extracurriculars & Support Services: Coordinators of various committees and cells briefed the students about student support services, innovation club, scholarships, NSS, NCC, sports, cultural and co-curricular activities, career guidance, and other institutional initiatives.

Student Experiences: NCC Cadets shared their personal feedback and experiences regarding the college and the NCC program.
To conclude, the students were informed about campus facilities and reminded of the importance of discipline, regular attendance, and active participation in college life.
