Internship Orientation Program (NEP–2020)

K.K. Shah Jarodwala Maninagar Science College, Ahmedabad organized an Internship Orientation Program for T.Y. Semester–VI students as part of the curriculum implementation under the National Education Policy (NEP)–2020.
The objective of the program was to create awareness among students regarding the internship component, credit allocation, assessment methodology, compliance norms, and institutional responsibilities as mandated by NEP–2020.
The session was addressed by Principal Dr. R. N. Dave, who explained the credit framework, evaluation process, and academic regulations related to the internship program. Dr. H. J. Shah provided detailed guidance on the scope of internships, available opportunities, procedural requirements, documentation, and mentoring support, enabling students to plan and execute their internships effectively.
The program contributed significantly to capacity building, skill enhancement, and experiential learning, thereby supporting students’ academic progression and career readiness. The orientation aligned with institutional efforts towards outcome-based education and industry exposure.
